We are a commercial brokerage in Dubai. A buyer or a seller engages us to find the counterparty and negotiate the terms of the transaction on their behalf.
How a transaction works

Negotiation
We negotiate price, volume, delivery and payment terms on behalf of the side that engaged us, until both parties have one set of terms they will sign.
Contract
We put the agreed terms in writing. The contract is between the buyer and the seller, and it names EJK as broker.
Close
The parties perform and the transaction completes. Goods and payment move directly between them.

Terms
We set the engagement out in writing before making any introduction.
One side per transaction
We act for the party that engaged us, and we say which side that is at the introduction. We do not act for both sides of the same transaction.
Confidential throughout
What each side tells us stays with us. We give a counterparty a name only when both sides are ready to deal.
The principals contract directly
The contract is between the buyer and the seller. EJK is named in it as broker and is not a party to it, and goods and payment move between the principals.
